Abstract Submission and oral presentation

You need to submit your full paper to conference before submission deadline. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date. Then you'll be able to both present your paper and get your paper published if accepted

You need to submit an abstract of your paper to conference before abstract submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be given the chance to present your paper if it passes the review.

NOTE

1. One regular registration is within 4-5 Pages including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.
2. If the length of the paper exceeds 5 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (beginning at Page 6) is USD50 / 55 SGD.
3. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, gifts, and attending all technical sessions.
4. The registration fee does not include:

• Accommodation • Visa application fee • Transportation fee
5. Each paid registration covers only one paper; Other co-authors or accompanying person can register as the oral presentation.

Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund

Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

Disclaimer:

The conference organizer reserves the right to change the dates, place and format and shall be relieved of any refund or compensation obligations where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Such circumstances include but are not limited to natural disasters, riots, terrorist activity, war, epidemic and all similar situations beyond the organizer's control.

Content will be submitted to the indexing databases for indexing. As indexing services are independent organizations, the conference organizer cannot guarantee that any abstract or index entry will be included in any particular database.
